The Origin of Life Eternity
The creation of the Eternity Card was born from a profound realization.
Founder, Mr. Melvin Loh (罗国文), through his early involvement in community service and close interaction with people from all walks of life, personally witnessed how many families feel helpless and panicked when dealing with the loss of a loved one. It was not merely an emotional impact, but also a practical challenge — complicated procedures, unexpected expenses, and the stress caused by a lack of preparation often turned what should have been a meaningful farewell into a rushed and heavy burden.
This led him to reflect,
If life can be planned, could the “final journey” also be thoughtfully arranged?
With this aspiration, the concept of the Eternity Card gradually took shape —
a membership system built upon the core values of Innovation, Practicality, Commitment, and Assurance. It allows every member to make thoughtful arrangements in advance for themselves and their families, easing future burdens by preparing in the present, and securing peace of mind for what lies ahead.
From initial concept to execution, the journey was far from easy.
In its early stages, the Eternity Card’s innovative membership approach to end-of-life planning was often met with hesitation and misunderstanding. However, the founder and his team persevered, reaching out to the community again and again. Through sincere communication and practical solutions, they worked to shift perceptions, and with their professional service, they built trust. Every new member represents a recognition of this vision; every service delivered is a fulfillment of the promise of commitment and assurance.
Overtime, the Eternity Card has evolved from an idea into a brand with warmth. It is not merely a product, but a responsibility —
to uphold promises for its members, to ease the burdens of families, and to provide a dignified conclusion to life’s journey.
The Eternity Card is not just a continuation of time,
but a reflection of respect for life and thoughtful preparation.
Today, the Eternity Card remains true to its original mission:
to ensure that everyone can face the future with a peace of mind.
